The images in this gallery are from the crossing of Christmas morning December 25,2011. The currents were very strong and made the crews work hard to cross the Delaware River into New Jersey. Not only was the re enactment a wonderful site to see but it is also a great way to freshen up on your history. This is where you can get a chance to see General George Washington cross the Delaware with his valiant troops that had nothing to lose but everything to gain. For these brave men once they were in the water it was do or die there was not other option. The re enactors that have invested their time and money into this hobby for everyone's enjoyment deserve a big thank you. Please stop by next year to witness this event first hand.
